非掲載物件を含めたクアラルンプール内のすべての物件の売買仲介サポート（購入~賃貸管理~売却まですべて）しています。私たちは売り手（＝オーナー側）より手数料をお支払いいただいているため、買い手（＝投資家）のお客様が私たちに支払う仲介手数料は一切ありません。つまり、無料です。なお、弊社に限らず、マレーシアのローカル不動産会社は「仲介手数料0%」が基本ですので、私たちが特別な料金設定をしているわけではありません。（一方、一般的な海外不動産業者の場合、物件代金の3~5%が別途請求されることが多い印象です）

　

そのため（仲介手数料を買い手から3~5%取っている海外不動産業者で購入することを除けば）お客様が直接開発会社やiProperty、Property Guruの不動産会社に問い合わせて購入を進めても、私たちに仲介を依頼いただき、まったく同じ物件・部屋を購入したとしても総支払額が上がることはありませんのでご安心ください。

むしろ、私たちは弁護士との通訳、内装打ち合わせ、鍵の引き渡し、不備チェックなど、通常別途費用がかかるサービスをすべて無料で提供しています。そのため、私たち以上に費用を抑えて物件を購入できる不動産会社はないと自信を持っています。

注意点として、他の業者で一度物件を内覧（＝開発会社登録）してしまうと、途中で「仲介手数料が高い」「日本語が通じない」「マレーシア不動産に詳しくない」などの理由で業者変更しようとしても、できなくなる業界ルールがあるため、必ず物件内覧前にご連絡いただければ幸いです。
