むしろ、私たちは弁護士との通訳、内装打ち合わせ、鍵の引き渡し、不備チェックなど、通常別途費用がかかるサービスをすべて無料で提供しています。そのため、私たち以上に費用を抑えて物件を購入できる不動産会社はないと自信を持っています。

注意点として、他の業者で一度物件を内覧（＝開発会社登録）してしまうと、途中で「仲介手数料が高い」「日本語が通じない」「マレーシア不動産に詳しくない」などの理由で業者変更しようとしても、できなくなる業界ルールがあるため、必ず物件内覧前にご連絡いただければ幸いです。

Arte @ Mont Kiara is a joint development project by Spark Architects of Singapore and Arte Corp of Malaysia. Spark Architects has a track record of working on world-renowned architectural projects, including Clarke Quay in Singapore and the International Cruise Terminal in Shanghai, China.

The unique architectural design, inspired by human fingerprints, is a distinctive feature of Arte @ Mont Kiara.

This project went on sale in December 2015 and was completed in 2020. Compared to nearby properties such as TWY Duplex Condos and Pavilion Hilltop, it boasts a competitive price of RM1,000 per square foot.
